Raleigh Film Studios is dedicated to helping you achieve the most out of your experience with our studios. Therefore in addition to the physical studios and locations we also offer both “gratis” and premium services. Below you will find a comprehensive brakdown of the services we currently offer. If there is something that would be helpful, and you do not see it in our services directory, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Raleigh Film Studios – Additional Included Services

Services Provided at No Additional Cost:

- Multiple seating areas with current reading materials

- HDTV through Time Warner Cable

- High Speed Wireless Internet

- Coffee Maker and accessories including Starbucks Coffee

- Two refrigerators / Freezer, Blender, Microwave

- Client Office with PC, Fax , Printer(s) telephone

- Freight Access via 12′ tall , 10′ wide doors

- Each of the seven sets is on its own independent power circuit.

- Use of our Muslins, Backdrops and associated equipment

- Use of all on site props and wardrobe items

- Use of Steamer, Iron and ironing board

- Use of all ladders dollies and in house tools

- Use of all extention cords and power strips

Lighting Equipment: Since most professional photographers and videographers are particular about their lighting needs we only cary the basic lighting equipment in house. That said however, if you supply us with your specific ligting needs, we do have a solid relationship with the specialty lighting centers in town and would be happy to try and accomodate your needs.

Photography and Video Equipment: Although most professional photographers and videographers are extremely particular about their equipment we do offer the following equipment:

- Canon XL1 Video Camera:

- Canon XT 8.0 megapixel digital cameras (3)

- Sony Mini DV tapes

- SanDisc Extreme III 4GB Compact Flash Cards

Computer Equipment:

- Sony Vaio Notebook

- Windows XP Pro

- 2.16GHz / 2GB Ram

- Photoshop CS

- Dreamweaver 8

- Microsoft Office

- Cute FTP Pro

- High Speed Card Readers (most formats)

- High Speed, 160GB external hard drive

Hair Stylists and Makeup Artists: Fortunatelty, NC boasts the largest movie production facilities east of Hollywood. This also means NC has access to some of the best hair and makeup artists on the East Coast. We have both half day and full day rates available.

Set Production and Preparations: While you and your crew are more than welcome to modify wall colors, utilize our flooring options etc. We would be happy to work with you to have the sets ready for you when you arrive. Pricing will be dependent on the level of modifications and additional items needed. Please reference our pricing sheet for specific details

Wardrobe Services: While our existing wardrobe is available for you to utilize fee of charge, we can also purchase and have available, any wardrobe item you may need. We can also make any last minute purchases you may need.In addition we can supply a stylist who will assist in making wardrobe reccomendations, assist models in preperations and make/obtain any last minute wardrobe purchases .

Catering Services: If you would like to have your set catered please call the studio to make arrangements. The options are too varied to list them all here. We will be happy to make these arrangements for you.

Photographers: We have access to experienced photographers both locally and nationally. Please call the studio to discuss booking photographers outside the local area.

Graphic Artists / Web Production: Raleigh Film Studios is a natural extention of our core business which involves internet media and web development. If you need assistence with anything from photo retouching, video editing to full web development, please contact Chris Potoski to discuss.

Studio Rates: (Applies to North Carolina Location Only).

Half Day Rate (5 Hours): $375.00

Full Day Rate (8 Hours): $520.00

All additional, same day hours are billed at $80.00 per hour.

Reserving the Studio: 50% of the rental rate is due at the time of booking to secure the rental reservation. A Rental Contract acknowledging the Studio rules must be signed and returned to the Studio prior to the booking date.The remaining 50% of the rental rate is due on or prior to the booking date. There will be no exceptions. If the remaining 50% is not paid either prior to the booking date or on the date of the booking, access to the studio will not be granted.

Payment and Terms: Rental is to be paid in full prior to or on the day of rental. Cash, certified checks and major credit cards (via PayPal) accepted. Overdue accounts will be subject to interest charges of 3% a month. The Client will pay all costs and expenses, including leagal fees incurred by Raleigh Film Studios in connection with the collection of amounts owing to Raleigh Film Studios.

Cancellation Policy: Any and all cancellations must be made with 48 hours notice. Failure to provide at least 48 hours notice of cancellation will result in the forefiture of the 50% paid at the time of booking.
