Guest Room

The second floor features two large bedroom suites, each with it’s own full bathroom. This particular bedroom which we call the guest suite features a large floor plan and full bath. It is tastefully decorated with a day bed, desk and shades of blue. Best of all they utilized flat paint which absorbs excess light and reduces hot spots.

Bonus Room

The idea was to develop a space which resembled a mini “ultra club”. A space where the owners could not only entertain in privacy but also a space where they could get away and relax.

The bonus room is bold and modern with Romanesque accents and rough textured walls.
